A lot of people get little or no response because they lay out their complains too soon or too late..
RACKSTERLI's Customer care service functions from within the hours of 9:am to 6pm..If you are contacting them outside this time frame then your message Will Probably be buried among tons of messages waiting for replies...And the probability is you may not get the response you need
TIP2: KNOW YOUR PROBLEM
